mini-review: water

The perfect beverage. It's tasty in a wide range of temperatures, and can be enhanced with a huge variety of flavoring agents. When something is uniquely satisfying, the highest accolade that comes to mind is "refreshing as a good drink of water." Also, it helps keep me alive (in moderation).

good thoughts today

My sister got a routine mammogram a few days ago. Then they wanted her to come back for more testing. Long story short: she's under the knife today. They caught it early, but she's coming out of it lopsided, no matter what. She's prepared to deal with that. Anyway, I love my sister. Good thoughts today, okay?
