My friend Randy has had this radio show for, like, the last 30 years. He's been on different stations, and sometimes there's been a hiatus, but it's always "Excursions." Presently, the show airs on KRFC in Fort Collins, Colorado, streamed (just use the link on that page) from 11pm to 1am (Eastern) every Saturday night. It's a terrifyingly eclectic mix of stuff, generally with a theme of some sort, and with Randy and Torger madly spinning disks like that guy on the Ed Sullivan show.
I mention it now because Mike Baron will be guesting with the guys this weekend. I don't know if they will have him saying much or not. Usually, they let the music speak for itself, breaking in every 20 minutes or so to identify what they just played. Fans of Mike, though, might find something entertaining in the show from the creator of "Nexus" and other comics. I guess now I should say "classic comics," since they came out somewhat before my dotage.
