Jonny Quest was good adventure for its time and age group, and I was in both.
Sure was violent, even for its era. The august journal Cracked estimates 196 deaths in its first season. (Scroll down here to "Jonny Quest's Hit Parade.")
Doug Wildey's visual style was very appealing. I can't think of a single other thing he's done.
I understand he was a respected comics artist H-B brought in to mastermind the look of the series. Alex Toth also did a bit of character design, moving on to later adventure shows like Space Ghost, The Herculoids, and Moby Dick and Mighty Mightor. Jonny's children, all.
The Flintstones is a bit of a surprise, but I guess a case could be made that it goes in with SF.
It's an enormous stretch to call it SF-- but there is such a thing as prehistoric fiction. Irving Crump's multimedia Neanderthal Og, Clan of the Cave Bear, various caveman movies with or without dinosaurs. And when one asks, "What is the best-known example of prehistoric fiction?" --well...
