my PiCon schedule

.
I'll be at Pi-Con this weekend, right here in West Springfield. I seem to have volunteered for some panels. Here is a tentative list (tentative only because I may get to rename some of the panels -- if name order in the spreadsheet is an indicator, I'm moderating all but the last two of these -- and I'm the only one on the TV panel...):
SATURDAY August 12
11:00 Graphic Novels [Salon A]
12:00 Books: Where and How [Salon B] (where to get them and how to stuff them in)
3:00 Retro TV [Boardroom]
5:00 Animation [Fireside]
6:00 LJ [Salon A]
9:00 Not For All Ages [Boardroom]
SUNDAY August 13
12:00n Filk 101: Historic & Modern [Boardroom]
I just sent an email asking for clarification on whether I'm moderating the first five. If anybody has any irresistible ideas on renaming any of these panels, let me know.
You're all coming, right?

Date: 2006-08-08 06:50 am (UTC)If anybody reading this is so inclined but finds themselves without a membership, they should drop me an email note soonestkind. I bought my PiCon membership before learning that TypeCon was running the same weekend in Boston and professional needs trumped. I don't really regret that, but I do regret that I can't be in two places at once as I would also like to be in West Springfield adding to the fun of the new convention. It's looking tasty; they've got some good folks coming.
