According to this page, the Cleveland Pops Orchestra will perform Scheherajazz in April of this year. I was searching the web for it to see what people are saying about this truly amazing album (I own two copies) which pairs a studio symphony orchestra with a 1960-vintage steroidal brassy jazz combo for a truly memorable listening experience in which the listener is switched back and forth between them with no warning or logic whatever!

I was contacted by someone from an orchestra in Massachusetts that said they were considering a performance. After I sent a recording to them, I never heard back again. Now Cleveland is going to give it a go? Wow! I'd love to be there for that. Imagine hearing it Live! Want a sample? In other news, today at 11 am (Eastern), the History Channel will present "How William Shatner Changed The World," hosted by William Shatner. I think we'll be watching that.
