shelleybear, some drunken dipstick has killed the director of the Jean Shepherd movie, A Christmas Story. An unlicensed drunk -- hey, kind of like the guy who totaled our VW Squareback and got away with it -- will likely be charged after he gets out of the hospital. Well. I was just listening to the comments on the DVD of the movie. It's kind of odd -- I don't really care for any other movies he's done, but this one was a masterpiece.
He deserved a better end than this.
