Hey, if Dubya'd been President when we went to the Moon, would we still be up there?
The Senator said, "The Moon's atmosphere is perfectly breathable.
"It's better than Detroit's," he added, to scattered laughter.
A reporter raised his hand. "But, sir, you were wearing a space suit with air tanks, and you were accompanied by a hundred scientists, who..."
"Thank you. This conference is over."
