I saw the cartoon commentary first; I thought the whole thing was a joke. Surely you can't actually trademark some other organization's name, can you? If you're going to use it on merchandise or something, you license it from the real owner.

I like how rat-like Mickey looks in one of thhe panels. Reminds me that Carl Hiassen always calls Disney "the Rat." This kind of thing would be one of the reasons why.
